I’m a wife, mom of two, and creative who has spent over a decade shaping stories in TV production, fashion, and media. From producing for national television to building Shop Irie Girl into a global lifestyle brand, and launching a podcast that gave women space to share their voices — I’ve always been a storyteller at heart.
My Story
For years, I believed my identity was tied to what I could create or accomplish. But after postpartum, I faced an unexpected identity crisis. Suddenly, I wasn’t sure who I was beyond all the titles. Motherhood brought joy and love, but also confusion, exhaustion, and the quiet ache of losing myself.

Out of my own journey through healing, softness, and redefining abundance, I’ve created a signature program: The Soft Power Method. This program is designed to help women pause the hustle, reconnect with themselves, and rise from a place of grounded confidence and ease.
