I’ve walked through many chapters to become the woman writing this today — from casting thousands of stories for national television, to healing and rebuilding my own while raising two daughters and building brands from the ground up.
If you’re reading this, I believe you’re ready to build differently too.

I’m a producer, founder, storyteller, and mom. For years I performed strength while quietly healing. Now I teach women to build from the softness they once hid. Your lived story is not a liability — it’s your legacy. And my work exists to help you bring it forward.
15+ years in television casting for major networks including FOX, ABC, NBC, and Netflix
Producer of 20+ nationally aired TV shows, including The 1% Club, Farmer Wants a Wife, and Mental Samurai
CEO & Founder of Shop Irie Girl, a lifestyle clothing brand featured in national media and major news outlets
Creator of The Soft Power Method, a nervous-system–led approach to business growth
Known for transforming lived experiences into business strategy and brand power through storytelling
I met my husband in college—what started as a “let’s just grab dinner as friends” turned into 2 kids, 2 dogs, and us still laughing about how neither of us saw it coming.
We grow vegetables in our backyard and cook whole food meals as a family. Daniel’s the chef—I’m the one making sure everyone gets a protein and greens before anything else.
My best ideas tend to arrive when I’m barefoot outside or tending to something living—my garden, my kids, or my inner self.
I’m passionate about nervous system health and wellness, not just in theory—in our house, how we eat, live, and slow down comes before how we work.
I believe growth doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful. Most of my biggest decisions were made quietly over a home-cooked meal.
Soft power doesn’t start in business. For me, it started around the dinner table.
I didn’t create this work from theory—I built it while healing, mothering, and growing brands in real time. When traditional business methods left no room for softness, I developed a new approach: one that allows women to create sustainable success without betraying their bodies, stories, or season of life.
Today, I help women turn their lived experience into strategic momentum and build businesses that honor who they are.
Through this work, I support women in:
building businesses and brands from alignment—not urgency
turning lived experiences into strategic storytelling power
developing sustainable growth strategies that honor their nervous system and lifestyle
finding clarity in decision-making and direction through regulation
creating offers, content, and messaging that magnetize the right audience
growing without burnout or abandoning themselves in the process
