I didn't plan to be a casting director. I fell into it the way most good things happen — by showing up, being good at what I do, and saying yes when the opportunity came.

One season turned into a career. The last 10 years working on productions across networks, streaming, and digital, and now consulting for the #1 Youtube Channel in the World — which still blows my mind.

But casting was never the whole story. It taught me how to see people — really see them — and that skill translated into everything else I've built.

Her Soft Power is my podcast and course platform for women who are healing and building at the same time. It's where nervous system regulation meets entrepreneurship — real conversations about softness, intuition, and creating a life rooted in peace and integrity.

Shop Irie Girl is my lifestyle and clothing brand — a space for women who lead with good energy, trust their instincts, and believe that how you feel in what you wear actually matters.

Both brands came from the same place. A deep belief that women deserve to feel good, live fully, and trust themselves completely.

The entrepreneurship side started during the pandemic and it hasn't stopped since. I've been figuring it out, healing & building in real time. This summer we're launching our first in person event — Fitness & Finance — and it's just the beginning. Retreats, community, women's stories told out loud.

That's where this is all going.
